This is a painting from my silhouetted raven series. The series demonstrates both the representational and non-representational elements of my creative energy. Colorful spatters, splotches, dribbles, and drops comprise the background and the silhouette of a perched crow occupies the foreground. I love combining both approaches to develop an abstract composition.
