This abstract image was created with acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas. I love the bright colors and the swirling shapes. Additive techniques, paper textures, and red and yellow paint work together in the composition that reminds me of layers of clouds and fire that culminate in a perfect storm. The amorphous layers work together to create movement and organic shapes.
The original composition was created on an 11x14 inch canvas.
