Sparks Lake in the Deschutes National Forest of Central Oregon inspired this landscape painting. Autumn colors are emerging as summer ends and autumn approaches. The blue flanks of South Sisters is visible in the distance with evidence of a first snowfall.
The original painting was created with acrylic paints on an 18x24 inch stretched canvas.
