Thistle metal print by Nancy Merkle. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

It is in the fall of the year that I notice the beautiful blooms of the thistle. Its purple, pink, and lavender color stands out amongst the rest of the dying foliage. Their prickly demeanor is so attractive, yet so repelling at the same time. Nature has such a wonderful way of providing defense for its children. I enjoy creating digital art from mother nature's feast.
