A golden sunset reflecting in the still water of a pond is the subject of this contemporary landscape painting. The dark foliage of a shoreline tree adds to the contrast between the golden sky and the vegetation on the bank. The summer evening is warm and peaceful.
The original painting was created with oil paints on a stretched 8x10 inch canvas.
