First Blooms metal print by Nancy Merkle. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
One of the earliest spring blooms in the Pacific Northwest is the Daffodil, a member of the Narcissus family of bulbs. In Western Washington, it has been a tradition for years to celebrate the Puyallup Valley Daffodil Festival, a good old-fashioned parade with floats and princesses documents the event. This abstract painting of daffodils was inspired by this celebration and the coming of spring.
The original painting was created on an 11x14 inch canvas using professional grade oil paints.
