Stopping on the bank of the Dechutes River in Central Oregon this wonderful outdoor scene presented itself to me. It made my paintbrush itch for re-creation of the flow of water and the sweet texture of evergreen trees. The painting was developed on canvas with oil paints. It is always a delight to revisit my adventures with paint and brushes.
