This painting was inspired by the colorful still life paintings of Charles Sovek and a sunny summer morning. I painted quickly to capture the morning light coming through the window. The red flowers, sparkling glass, and fresh green apple all worked together to create a sense of freshness.

The original painting was created with oil paints on a 6x6 inch stretched canvas. It makes its home with a buyer from Beverly, Massachusetts.

I've been selling originals and reproductions of my work online since 2007. People all over the world have purchased my art and it is wonderful to connect with so many.
