This painting is about the cosmos and the ocean, space, time, and movement. I imagine a creature with slender tentacles for legs. He is traveling slowly through water, space, and atmosphere. Travel is slow which helps him notice and touch his world. He feels the changes in temperature, the currents of air and water. He hears the sounds of change. He absorbs his environment and becomes a part of it. He is in no hurry; he is content.
